Stick to the most important talking points and leave out the rest. Select one or two high quality images, rather than including all of the imagery you have.
It will be easier to create this white space if you limit the number of elements you are attempting to include. Every image, button, logo or group of text should have space around it. Instead, change the font in other ways, such as making it bold, larger or adding italics. As a general rule, avoid using more than two typefaces. Changing the font is another way to add contrast. Use contrast, such as combining light and dark colors, to call attention to the most important elements of the brochure.
